What is LSPcare?
LSPcare is LSP's fully integrated patient engagement and entertainment platform for hospitals and aged care. It runs on bedside terminals and tablets, combining CareBoard, entertainment, meal ordering, telehealth, education, eConcierge, messaging and billing in one owned system — plus ED Self Check-In and Assigned Education as extensions of the same platform.
Does LSPcare integrate with our existing hospital systems?
Yes. LSPcare connects via HL7 v2, ADT and PAS interfaces, works with nurse call systems already installed on site, and integrates with meal ordering platforms including Delegate, Chefmax and CBORD. Reporting exports directly to Power BI.
What is LSPcare's ED Self Check-In?
It's a kiosk and mobile self-registration front door for the emergency department — arrival, identity capture and HL7 ADT^A04 events, ATS-suggested triage as nurse-confirmed decision support, wait-time messaging, and a clean HL7 disposition event at admission, discharge or LWBS. It's built compliance-native for Australia and New Zealand, including AS 1428.1 and WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility.
How does Assigned Education prove a patient actually watched their education?
Completion requires at least 95% of the video's runtime watched and the final 30 seconds reached — scrubbing ahead is blocked both in the player and on the server. Every assignment, view, quiz attempt and acknowledgement is captured in an append-only audit trail for compliance and quality review.
Is LSPcare used in real Australian hospitals today?
Yes. LSPcare is deployed across public hospital sites including Royal Adelaide Hospital, Royal North Shore Hospital and Flinders Medical Centre, among others, under state health department procurement standards.
What security and compliance standards does LSP work to?
